Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

These terms apply to the Full Bloom website, the printable tools, and founding memberships. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

Full Bloom is not medical advice. It is an educational and tracking tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything.

Not medical advice

Nothing here — the 34-symptom list, the printable tracker, or anything in the app — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Symptom lists are general information, not a checklist for self-diagnosis. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.

Founding membership

Founding membership is $35 per year. That rate is locked for as long as your membership stays active, even after the regular price returns to $99. Membership is limited to 50 seats.

Founding membership is a commitment to build the app with you, and includes first access to what we ship and all printable tools available today. It is not a guarantee that any particular feature will exist by any particular date. This is early-stage software being built in public, and the roadmap will change.

Billing and cancellation

Membership renews annually until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid year. Your card statement will show only 'Full Bloom'.

Refunds

If founding membership isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Your data

You own what you log. You can export it or delete it permanently at any time. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Full Bloom for your own health tracking. Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it, or resell access to it. The printable tools are free for personal use — share them with a friend, but don't sell them.

Availability

This is early software built by a very small team. Things will break sometimes. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, but we do promise to tell you honestly when something goes wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for health decisions made on the basis of information in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email members before it takes effect.
